What This Site Does Not Do
This website sets no cookies. There are no analytics tools, tracking pixels, advertising scripts, or third-party embeds of any kind. No behavioural or device data is collected when you visit.
The site is served via Amazon CloudFront, a content delivery network. CloudFront may retain standard server access logs (IP address, timestamp, requested path) for infrastructure security purposes under AWS's own data processing terms. Tronvik does not access or use these logs for tracking or profiling.
Data We Do Collect
The only personal data Tronvik processes is information you send us directly by email at info@tronvik.com — typically your name, corporate email address, and the contents of your message.
Legal Basis
Processing your contact data is based on legitimate interests (responding to a business enquiry) and, where an engagement follows, on steps taken prior to entering a contract. For executed MNDAs and engagement records, processing is based on contract performance and compliance with Swedish accounting law.
Retention
General enquiries with no subsequent engagement are deleted after two years. Engagement correspondence and executed agreements are retained for seven years in accordance with Swedish bookkeeping law (Bokföringslagen).
Who We Share Data With
No one. Correspondence is handled internally and is not shared with third parties, data brokers, or marketing platforms.
Your Rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact info@tronvik.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) at imy.se.
